I began coaching at the beginning of 2019 with the purpose of having a more powerful impact on the world around me. With a background in higher education at both public and private institutions, I offer a specialized service for leaders and team development as well as coaching of the highest quality for those in any field and career. As a certified Global Strengths Coach through CliftonStrengths, you will get globally recognized coaching around your strengths and goals. DeGraaf Coaching is based in Indiana and primarily offers CliftonStrengths coaching in Indiana and the Midwest.
Coaching is not counselling or consulting. Coaching is not a new-age set of jargon or fluff. It is not a preset program of 10-12 steps. Coaching is a holistic approach at finding and claiming value in personal and professional life, regardless of the circumstances around you.
Throughout our sessions, we will pursue topics and agendas that are specifically and uniquely yours. We will seek to understand the motivations, real needs, and true desires that you have for yourself and those you impact. We will
work together to design a path toward realizing your vision and fulfilling your goals. We will set the path and move toward the goals that will bring meaning and value to your life and the lives of others.
